We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product has been delivered. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and are in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. I just want to take a moment to give a review about Navodesk product. The quality of the stand is a heavy duty metal and the finishing of desk wood is so smooth. I have ordered the 70×39 inch size and my main concern was to have desk with castors with so I can be able to ouch the table around my house and yeas Navodesk provided me that too also since me and my wife are working from home, the table fits both of us sitting side by side plus it does appear that using a standing desk can have impressive benefits for health. It may also increase productivity.

So after a lot of research, I finally settled on the navodesk primarily because of its strong local presence (to ease warranty claim). IKEA was a bit costly and I didn’t want to buy something cheap since it has an electric motor.
I gave them a visit to their store and was impressed by the products they have. The customer service was excellent with a lot of patience shown by the executive which made the whole buying process smooth. Always advisable to ask for promotions. Purchased the sit-stand desk and picked it up then and there. Highly recommend!

Overall Good quality. Motors work great. Installation is not difficult. Main draw back is the minimum height is not low enough when using the extra wheels. We had to remove them, although we bought then extra, that was money wasted. This is why other manufacturers have legs with 3 pieces each leg instead of 2 pieces (so that they can reach both low heights and maximum heights). The table top had also minor white spots, but we can live with that. The table could come with proper cable management of the electric wiring required to operate the table itself. They provided some kind of zip fixes but i expected better, so now cables kind of hang from the bottom which could look better. The remote to use the Bluetooth that plugs to the controller of the table is not sturdy, and emits a very bright blue that blinks non stop. We disconnected that because of it.
