First of all, I visited the showroom with my wife and the level of service I received exceeded my expectations, specially the patience of Shabeel. I then ordered the Apex chair online on their website to take advantage of the free delivery. From the moment I ordered, everything was done smoothly and punctually. There was a slight issue with my Apex Chair, the team came to check and fix the issue and gave me a replacement immediately. They were very polite and I can’t mention this enough, they were always smiling, respectful and again super polite (Arfaan and his team) with a genuine willingness to assist. Very nice staff, reliable products smart adjustable desks, I accidentally cut my table wires and they were nice enough to replace it for me, once you enter the store it’s very hard to leave without taking a loook at every item they have! I actually have 3 tables at my house and I don’t regret buying them I’m using their adjustable monitor arm, their mousepad, and their awesome desks! 100% would recommend
